Office Hours / Fees
Our usual business hours are 9 to 5, but we will make appointments earlier or later in the day to accommodate a client's needs.
We charge an initial consultation fee and thereafter enter into retainer agreements with our clients. Our fee is usually based on an hourly rate. However, in certain cases where we are representing plaintiffs, we may consider handling the matter on a mixed retainer/contingent fee basis. In addition, we handle residential real estate closings at a fixed fee.
